You'll need to write a letter to the actor that you want an autograph from. I try and keep my letters quite short, usually just saying why I like their character and mentioning any stories of theirs I've enjoyed before requesting an autograph.

Also send an envelope with your address on it so they can reply (this envelope doesn't need a stamp, they stamp it at their end) then send everything to:

[Actor's name],
EastEnders,
BBC Elstree Centre,
Clarendon Road,
Borehamwood,
Herts,
WD6 1JF.

You can also request unsigned cast cards from the help desk. Just send a letter saying which cards you want to the address above, replacing 'actor's name' with 'helpdesk'. I don't think there's a limit on the number of cards you can ask for and they usually reply pretty quickly.

Because some people take a very long time to reply to autograph requests. I've had replies that have taken 2 or 3 days, and I've had replies that have taken 4 years.

Nice and quick being just 5 days! Being undedicated suggests she just signs photos for everyone quickly.

I doubt her screen daughter Leela, Kirsty-Leigh Porter, replies to fanmail as she didn't have an Emmerdale card, and I do not know of anyone who has had a reply from her in Hollyoaks.

So Lizzie roper now has a cast card? will have to write too her again then, as she sent me her press picture when I last wrote ...Thing with Hollyoaks cast, some write ...some do not.

Ricky Whittle always replied, as did Emmma Rigby and Andrew Moss... Nick Pickard does eventually, as for the Roscoes, I've yet too have a reply from any of them so It all depends on the cast member like any soap/Tv programme I guess.

Have sent off for all of Eastenders, finished my Coronation Street letters today, and will send them off tomorrow, and will be doing my letters for Emmerdale and Hollyoaks over the next couple of days as well as sending off for some to some agents
