not sure if this is the right place but, i'm having trouble with my creative play jukebox mp3 player . it was working fine but now when i plug it in i get a message saying that it is connected, but when try to look at my stuff and put more songs on to it i keep getting a message at the top of the transfer screen that the player is not connected
Not sure if that made sence but any help would be apprecated.

Update the creative software. it's on the nomadworld.com site.
And if your player has a reset button then use it.
