Basically defrosted some frozen scallops overnight in the fridge with plan to eat them this evening. Got caught up in something which meant I didn't have them for dinner as planned. Cooked them anyway as I didn't want to store them another day in the fridge.. Been done in a sweet and sour sauce as opposed to pan seared.
Once cooked I put the dish in a sink of cold water to rapidly cook it and in the fridge. I'm not around tomorrow, do you think they should be aright to eat Saturday lunch time ?
