I have searched for an answer to this but without luck. I've had my DMR-700 for a week and am still making my way through the manual as I try different functions.
When I use partial delete, I get a pause of around one second between each segment either side of the deleted section.
Is there any way to avoid this as it is quite jarring when watching a recording. I don't want to commit my recordings to BD-R until I know one way or another. This wasn't anissue with my Lite-On LVW-5025 when splitting and combining titles and it seems a large flaw with such an expensive machine as the Panny.
I did read of a "seamless" option on the older 780/880 models but haven't spotted that option on my machine. Have I overlooked it, is there a different option, will it magically happen when I copy to optical disc or is mine faulty? If the pause was almost imperceptible I could live with it but a second or more is far too obvious.
Thanks for any help.
