Which Chinese dish to get?

I'm going to the Chinese takeaway in a bit but I fancy something different to a beef chow mein.

Lately I've been trying hot dishes from all cultures.

The only hot Chinese dish I have had is a singapore chow mein. I liked it, but it was a little bit too hot.

I'm looking at the menu here and they say szechuan, koon siu, peking and ku bo are hot and spicy, but I don't know how hot and spicy.

Can anyone recommend a dish with a little bite to it but isn't too hot?

Beef in black pepper sauce is gorgeous, a bit of a kick but not too much.

I had szechuan beef from a local takeaway and although it was very spicy it was also one of the tastiest dishes i've had from that takeaway.

This was a while back and these days i'm getting in to hotter food so wouldn't think twice in trying it again.

The best dish they do is bbq chicken wings.

Depends how hot their szechuan is, real szechuan cuisine is frighteningly hot.
