Nope not that strange love it too. I always thought it was just me and a friend of mine loves it as well. Grab a spoon and have it straight out of the can. Which I know is incredibly naughty and so bad for you but totally love it.

That is something I save for very rare treats try and be good most of the time though.

I love sweetened condensed milk!

I boil the can for an hour and turn it into dulce de leche. Then eat it with a spoon.

After 6 hours in the slow-cooker, yes. Makes lovely caramel.

I have loved condensed milk since I was a child (I'm 73 now) Have you tried it in sandwiches? it's gorgeous with plenty of butter & as it runs out of the bread you can chase it round the sandwich licking it off !!

Only get it in cans here in the colonies. Stay away from the Chinese brands. They just aren't thick enough, tend to run off the spoon. But will satisfy the craving in a pinch.
