This was one of the most exciting, nerve wracking moments of the whole series for me.

John James looked soooo nervous sitting on that couch when it was down to him and Ben and I think he really thought he was leaving but just didn't want to leave his Josie Jo.

Then Josie got up and went to the bathroom and his face fell, bowed his head and uttered a choice word. Off he went to follow her to see if she was alright and, when asked, of course she said she was (fibber).

Back to the couch and the false smile on his face told us all just how he was feeling.

Come on Davina, for pity's sake get on with it.

Just as she starts to speak, Josie walks back in and we all wait with baited/bated (??? never know which is the correct spelling) breath and, at last, mophead is told it is him. Yeah, we all shout (sorry Ben ... well not really ... well, not at all actually)

As you say Joyce, John James just couldn't wait to get a hold of Josie and, at last, the two of them cling to one another..hugs, kisses, OK's and all is well.

Then, later, on the bed John James takes her in his arms and just can't let go. Josie is sooooo happy, John James is sooooooo happy and, yes, all of us were deliriously happy.

Our two were united again.

Oh, what a day.

Love Phil xxx

P.S. Looking forward to seeing you and Cathlyn in London at the end of August, Joyce. Happy times xxx”

Hi Phil Lovely to see you posting It was one of my favourite moments of BB, they were so relieved and soooo happy xx

Good morning all

Annie Just PM'd you the link to some analogue (cassette) dictaphones available still at Amazon, if you're keen to still have cassettes rather than digital dictaphone Amazon are very quick and reliable, so they are there if you need them x

I was lurking at this time but too scared to speak up. Thankfully I soon overcame that and found my way in to the wonders of this thread and met all the wonderful people here. Happy times.

Still waiting for Kelly to announce the venue then we can make definite arrangements about a hotel. Told Cathlyn we must make coms and get together.

Afternoon everyone.

Sorry, I came on last night and disappeared in a wimper. Got totally caught up in PMs and finding out what had got people in a tizz. Sort of got the gist on the latter. Mmm...

Anyway, I think I'm back to relatively functioning mode. I'll just bring over the meet details to this thread.

The John James Birthday Charity Meet

Date: Saturday 27th August 2011

Location: London

Venue: TBA

Suggested Donation On Arrival: £10

Please Read Carefully...

1. If you would like to attend this meet you must be a forum member of Digital Spy and have made mostly favourable, supportive and/or appreciative posts about John James in either The John James and Josie Appreciation Thread, The John James Appreciation Thread or both between the 1st April and 25th July this year.

2. If you fit the above requirements then simply send me a PM and please only do so if you are definitely attending - even if you've actually already PM'd me so far. You must title the PM 'John James Party' and include your real name (this can just be your first name if you wish to retain a degree of anonimity). If you have any other enquiries in regard to the meet (including if you don't quite fit the above requirements) then please do PM me but use a different title.

All information will be delivered by PM.

3. As this isn't a PA and just a normal meet, it will be held in a public space so seating is limited to the venue. However, this also means that all money made on the day will go straight to Cancer Research UK. It'll be from 1pm onwards and, provided the weather is ok, it'll be outdoors and the pub serves food all day.

4. Unfortunately I can't provide Mr John James Parton himself, but I do have a couple of things planned for the day that'll hopefully add a bit of extra fun.

No clues...but be sure to bring your purses.

Hello you,

Could you now please pop over to my place and cut my grass too. The borders need lots of attention as well so it would seem you are just the one for the job.

It's OK, it's OK, it's OK. Such emotion in those six words

Answer: Nope I'm bushed it has to be said. Went to a funeral yesterday which took it out of me.... he was just over 50, helped shape my sons life, gave so much of his own free time and they all gave him the reward of winning two league cup finals, two years in sucsession (sp) - football. Another funeral coming up with Grumpy Drawers, one of his old mates. I feel for him, all his mates are leaving, it must be worrying for him.

And stop messing with me - I saw the wink and it wasn't used in the right context How's you, did you see the video on page 1? Memories...... sweet sweet memories.... and old mop head, wonder if he's been to the hairdressers since BB
