My iplayer Desktop application has just deleted all my downloads and it will not make any new ones.

The previously downloaded programmes are still stored in the Repository folder as usual, however even after uninstalling the iPlayer desktop application, and Adobe Air, and reinstalling and restarting twice, the situation is still unresolved.

The bottom of my message is missing. I am basically asking for help!
