You're so right.This would be like a more intense, more mature and darker version of 'In The Middle'.I am trying to ignore Mutya when there's news about the Sugababes, though.The 2.0 line up CANNOT be topped and I consider the Sugababes 4.0 a brand new band...that's the only way to like them/take them seriously

They all provided something to the Sugababes and I have liked them all in their own right.

I've liked all the versions, maybe not 3.0 as much as the others. Mutya's husky vocals would make Freedom's chorus a smash, IMO. It's still awesome, don't get me wrong. Just an observation from a long-time fan.

I'm not a fan of this line up as I find them dull, bland and contrived!

Having said that, Freedom is by a mile the best release from 4.0 to date! Nice to see the Suga brand return to it's British roots!

Reckon that with a decent video it'll get the girls a top 10, maybe top 5, but I think they are long past the days of hitting the top spot! And going head to head with One Direction will be a bigger fail then when they went head to head with Jay-Z (Who was there boss at the time)!

Good luck to all the Sugas - past and present! They're all gonna need it!

I like Freedom but it would've been better if the beat from 2:25 was used throughout IMO, as it's more 'in your face'.

I dunno...It's definitely better than anything from the last album. It's sort of catchy. But I actually don't feel inspired by it or like I want to "come alive"? I feel like it's better than I thought it would be, but a little dull and uninspiring. Can't see it being a number one if I'm honest.

I'm not being nasty either, by the way. I wish the Sugababes all the best in the new era, they deserve success and they've definitely raised their game since the last album. I think this song will do well. I may have to wait for a high quality version, it may grow on me.

Fantastic song but the video is crap! One of their worst.

I get the darker imagery to match the song's feel, but nothing happens. It's boring.

The video is great!I love it!I really WANTED something epic, but since it's their comeback after a true chart disaster I didn't expect much more.It's the first Sugababes video that I have enjoyed since 'About You Now' and one of their best videos in general imo.It's like a more pop and clean-cut version of 'Freak Like Me'.I loved it!

This video does exactly what it's supposed to do.It re-introduces them, it cements their image (which is well executed and totally right for them) and it promotes the song.It does the trick!It made me love the song more!!

I think it suits the song its sexy and dark, like freak like me which works just as well
