I think the cut off date for the grammy nominations is at the end of this month. Well it has been in past years.

So i thought it would be fun we all started making predictions for next years grammy

Adele, Adele, Adele, and more Adele. Need I say more?
Seriously, I think its still too early to make predictions but I clearly see Adele winning album of the year with 21, song and record of the year with Rolling In The Deep, and pop album if she's nominated in that category (although I have never considered Adele a pop artist or 21 a pop album ). I think Adele might win every single category that she is nominated for .

Adele will sweep the board.

Kanye West will win most awards in his category.

It isn't too early as the cut off date is soon. What i mean by cut off date is that no singles or albums released after August can be nominated. Although some years it can be after september.

I predict Adele will be nominated and possible win Best pop vocal album, Album of the year, Best pop vocal performance fo Rolling and Record of the year for Rolling

Nicki minaj for Best new artist or at least be nominated.

I am a huge Gaga fan, but, seriuosly, if Adele competes with her in the pop categories, what can Gaga win?

Gaga could easily steal Album of the year or Best pop vocal album. Unless Born this way is considered under Electronic which was the award The fame one which was Best Electronic/Dance album.

Beyoncé should definitely be up for some vocal performance awards for her album '4'.

Again, I am a huge Gaga fan, but Born This Way winning the Grammy over 21? I just don't see it. It's Adele's year. You might be right about Born This Way being considered in the Best Electronic/Dance album category though. And I know what the cut off date means. It's just that it might be too early for me because I only pay attention to the broadcast of the Grammy's in February

Adele will probably sweep, but the Grammys always throws up a few big shocks here and there.

Best Pop Vocal album for Speak now for Taylor swift

Price tag could get best pop collaboration with vocals for Price tag.

Nicki minaj could be nominated for best rap album. She could also get nominations for Moment 4 life and Super bass. Particular Moment 4 life for Best Rap/Sung collaboration.

I see what you mean

I don't think myself she could steal that award from 21 but I am looking at different angles who could win if she wasn't too.

It will be a major shock if Adele doesn't walk off with at least 4 IMO. She could even win 6! I also think it significant that she's released Someone Like You in the US in time for the Grammy noms - and will probably be singing it at the VMAs.

I see Adele getting Album, Song, Record and Vocal performance of the year - they aren't split by gender anymore eh?

I wouldn't be surprised with Mumford and Sons winning Best Rock album. And Jessie J getting a nod for Best New Artist.

I think Beyonce will win Best Pop Vocal for 4.

Lady gaga will win Best Dance/Electronic album for Born This Way....or Britney may be a surprise and deserved winner also for Femme Fatale! (because that is a perfect Dance album) also Robyn for Body Talk should sweep that award too!

I think Katy Perry may win best Dance Recording

Adele will win album, record, song of the year and all the technical awards....maybe even break Beyonces record for most wins in the night!

I think Britney could get best dance recording song for Till the world ends. I would love it if Femme fetale got a nom as well for best dance/electronic album. It really is a perfect dance album

I could see Katy being nominated for ET and Firework.

I think the nominations will largely be dominated by Adele, Kanye, Gaga, Beyonce and Mumford and Sons...with the former sweeping the big three.

Adele will clean up this year. And good for her.

About time for good music to sell like she's selling.

Adele will either win virtually everything, or virtually nothing at all. I hope it's the former though. The Grammy's often have a reputation with ignoring commercial success when it comes to handing out the awards.

I hope Evanescence get nominated for Best Hard Rock Single again (I think that's the correct title), What You Want sounds like it could be better than BMTL and it's released before the cut off date so here'e hoping

Other than that I see Adele being nominated LOADS, as well as Gaga and probably Katy since she's got a ridiculous amount of US No 1s on this album (wooo!)

When will people realize that Adele isn't pop?
