i want a bigger telly in my room, current telly is 14" with 1 scart. since my scart load is quite big, have to use a switchbox. the new telly would have to have at least 2 X Scart..... and i'd want to between £100 & £150.... any advice?

Sorry but at up to £150, there's nothing very special out there at that price.

You might get a supermarket brand 28" on a special offer - Woolworths are selling Bekos at reasonable prices this weather.

You could also try the Currys website which quite often has special deals.

Have a spin through the Argos catalogue or website too.

Most non portable sets nowadays have two SCART sockets, but only one will be RGB unless you pay a bit more I'm afraid...

I have seen lots of cheaper sets along the lines of what Jim Rae has pointed out, but few in that price range appear to have more than 1 scart socket.

Lets not forget that until recently, a quality 14" portable with a single scart and teletext would cost upto £200 on the High Street.

How about the Samsung CW21M063NS 21? It's currently available from Argos for £139.99 (not that I recommend buying from Argos!). As is common with smaller sets, it has only one SCART, but it should have everything else you'd want, such as a flat screen, NICAM, Fastext etc.
