Help will always be given at Hogwarts, Harry, to those who ask for it.

I've always prized myself on my ability to turn a phrase. Words are, in my not so humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic. Capable of both inflicting injury and remedying it. But I would in this case amend my original statement to this.

Help will always be given at Hogwarts to those who deserve it.

Do not pity the dead, Harry. Pity the living. And above all, all those who live without love.

DH part 2 - After discovering one of the Horcruxes is at Hogwarts
Harry - We've got to go there now!
Hermione - What we can't do that, We've got to plan we've got to figure it out
Harry - Hermione! When have any of our plans ever actually worked? We plan, we get there all hell breaks loose.

I really think that should have been in The book! It's superb!

Horace Slughorn - It was a student who gave me Francis. One Spring afternoon I discovered a bowl on my desk, just a few inches of clear water in it. Floating on the surface was a flower petal. As I watched, it sank. Just when it reached the bottom, it transformed into a wee fish. It was beautiful magic, wondrous to behold. The flower petal had come from a lily, your mother. The day I came downstairs, the day the bowl was empty, was the day your mother....
This is one of my favourites too.

Jim Broadbent tells it beautifully.

I am listening to the audio books at the moment and was surprised to find that it is not in the book.
