BBC Parliament and all the radio services were apparently off too, sounds like planned work at the uplink site to me.

Interesting! Maybe they've bought some EPG slots and are going to do some brokering, these SID's being mapped to other VPID/APID's such as ?TV.

'OBE' is back on showing normal programmes, but still off it's Sky EPG Position 221.
Where OBE was it should read "So long for now, we will be back when the all the raffle tickets bring in some more money (if both of the winners don't want their prizes, that is)" They should be called "Back Soon TV".
