Today's taste of summer chez moi is watermelon sorbet.

I used an orange fleshed watermelon,scooped out the seeds,cut it into chunks,tossed the skin out, bunged the flesh into the liquidiser and put in a smiggle of exotic fruit juice.

It is in the fridge to chill for half an hour then it will be put into the ice cream maker and paddled.

"The Exotic World Of Stud U Like" sounds like a good book title.

Followed by the sequel "Cruising With Stud U Like" but I think many will be looking for some sea faring tales only to receive a rather rude awakening

Watermelon Sorbet sounds delicious, I really wanna try it.
