Today's taste of summer chez moi is watermelon sorbet.
I used an orange fleshed watermelon,scooped out the seeds,cut it into chunks,tossed the skin out, bunged the flesh into the liquidiser and put in a smiggle of exotic fruit juice.
It is in the fridge to chill for half an hour then it will be put into the ice cream maker and paddled.
