Hi there, I'm interested in the offer lidl has for 35mm negative's and slides, I have a lot of Advantic negatives but i never actualy seen them as when they were developed you got the plastic film roll back with them in it, so does anyone know if its possible to scan them using this device.

Thanks in advance

On that page if you look along the top you will see todays offers, I too Caladonia!

I now know APS or Advantic film is 24mm, so it would fit but getting decent sized images might difficult and I read that the film was quite delicate.

Just found out more about APS than I wanted to know!

Much better scanners than the LIDL one are available for APS on Ebay. Maybe around £100, and it could be resold after use for very little loss.

Or use a scanning service like karmaan_design on Ebay

£3.95 for each APS cart upto 40pics. £3 p&p.

It seems they do some clever post-processing to improve the image. Looks very nice scans.
