Eliminations are always the worst part, I always try to miss them, so i don't have so much suspense waiting
Contestants the very best of luck to you all - just enjoy it, remember it is the votes of your friends on DS that will matter if you stay or are voted out.

So DS Strictly Twists and Sequins returns yet again for series SIX. After the glitterball was nearly locked away when Series 5 was announced as the last, uproar and protests saw Twists and Sequins given the go ahead for at least another TWO series. And here we are with the much awaited series 6
With the most EVER contestants for a series, we welcome to the floor SIXTEEN new contestants and dancing pro's. But tonight, sixteen will become thirteen as the first show nerves are heightened by yet more nerves of a looming TRIPLE elimination The first time Twists and Sequins has seen a triple elimination, and on the FIRST NIGHT. Who will fall foul to this evil, evil twist?

Back to the ballroom, but this time as a judge, please welcome Strictly champion....................Tom Chambers.............................Also returning to the ballroom, but as a judge, its Strictly pro dancer..............................Lilia Kopylova.........................And taking on the final place in our fierce line up of judges, please welcome..................Paula Abdul.........................
Our couples will each have to impress the judges based on the suitabilty of their song choice for the particular dance they are doing each night. Couples will be marked based on the suitability of the song, based on whether they have taken a good risk, and not played it safe.
Also returning for her 5th series as co-host its Series 1 champion, .....................SUZY (footygirl)
The bottom two judging panel for Series 6 will consist of..............Suzy herself....................Series 3 champion, mary patricia................and our popular regular, StigOfTheKrump..................
Each night, whoever ends up in the bottom 2 will be judged by these 3 judges, who will each, in turn choose which of the 2 couples they wish to save. The couple with the majority vote will dance again and the other will leave the competition. However, as tonight is a TRIPLE elimination, there will be no bottom 2 judging panel tonight. Simply the three couples with the lowest votes will leave tonight. Just to note, on any nights where one of the 3 judges are not available/doesnt log on (which is quite a rare occurance) then their vote will automatically go to the person in the bottom 2 who has the higher number of votes.
Tonight our 16 couples will open the series with either a Waltz or a Cha Cha Cha. Shall we see our first couple???
