I'm happy with that score - just need to now survive the triple elimination!

A very close first leaderboard tonight with just a few points separating most contestants. Who scored well? Who put in most effort? and who has showed the most enthusiasm? and who do you think has more to give? Because in this game the vote could go either way. The leaderboard is for guidance only and the contestants will get through purely based on the votes they receive now. So who has impressed you tonight? Or who would you like to see more of and see if they can improve in Night 2? Tonight will see the first ever TRIPLE elimination on Twists and Sequins. So if you dont want your favourite to leave so early in the competition then they need your votes. LINES ARE NOW OPEN Please PM me your votes ranking the couples from 16 - 1 (16 being the best and 1 being the worst) ANYONE CAN VOTE Lines close at 19:00 hours. Join us then to see who has made it through to dance again in Night 2 |

So it is time now to get your friends on here to vote for you. Their votes are doubly critical tonight -
First of all a chance for a chat with a few of our contestants, Clone Clown - you were kept waiting till near the end - how nerve wracking was that for you |

Im sure the viewers will vote for who they want to see more of and who impressed them. Its anyones game, just because u are top doesnt mean u are safe, and being bottom doesnt mean u are out.

Thanks for a great first show but the voting procedure seems very time consuming.

Would it not be a good idea to put the songs the couples danced to on the leaderboard aswell to prevent people having to flick back a few pages?

Essexboy - would it be possible to post each contestants song and scores in one post so people don't have to trawl through the thread again?

Thats the point of the previous show, otherwise I may aswell just post a leaderboard each night which is pretty boring lol. The other 5 series worked this way
It takes me a lot of time as it is, theres a lot of planning aswell as just the posting. I'll see

Danslink - a newcomer to this show - what does it feel like being judged by two people who have won strictly - one a pro and one a celeb
