I think there are some interesting tweets flying around.....I especially like the one about his football team missing its star player...

watching John last year made me realise how even though we share the same language, there is a huge cultural difference between the UK and Oz. And I can imagine he did feel like he was a long way from home.....

But then id also imagine that others in the house also felt a long way from home as well for different reasons. I htink those like Steve and Dave really missed their families and homes as well?

But as well as the cultural differences between the UK and Oz, I reckon there are cultural differences between groups over here as well, but if you live somewhere, its a lot easier to pick up on those clues...

I agree Ucra. BBOTS isn't working atm (though Emma and Alice are very good).
Think they need to ditch the jizzing dog and the inarticulate panel (Alex R, Chantelle, Josie) and replace with articulate guests like Nick, Victor and Alex S (or John if he comes over ).
Then we'd have a real show.

Have to say I agree with you. I really don't get the dog and the skyped audience where the linnk never works. Just read that Mohamed Al Fayed is going into the BB house to confront Mr Paparazzi about his son and Princess Diana's death. Hope Channel 5 has lots of security and good lawyers available.

Think I'll be watching BBC4 and Casualty tonight. Have lost interest in CBB - or should I say the Kerry and Jedward hour.

I actually don't mind the HMs too much, quite like a few of them. Coverage biased in favour of Kerry/Jedward/Amy to date though.

But the fact we've only seen them for about 20 minutes since they went in makes the whole thing a joke. And KKFA rambling on about evicting the dumb model who hasn't said anything - how would any of us know, next to nothing's been broadcast so far!

One thing's for sure with this new version of unreality TV BB: it will be doubly easy for the producers to manipulate the show, so that the contest will be slanted to favour the ones they want for future use in OK/Star/C5 contracts. Personally, I think it now a waste of money voting in BB.

I agree with you. I also think they should show at least 50 minutes of the highlights show, not the 35 - 37 minutes we have had so far.

Yeah, this boils down to the same old question which arises continually. Does Josie have to take responsibility for the actions of her Muckers or not? My answer is always yes that an HM is accountable for the actions of their fangroup . . . though clearly can't stop rogue individuals, you can always publicly repudiate and ostracise them and so discourage future bad behaviour. By her inaction, it is clear she approves. Just as I hold John "accountable" for the actions of his loys/loyettes and, when they were together, the appalling behaviour of the JJJ twitter army.

However, Josie's case is different from most HMs because we know how she's sent DMs to stir up (proactively) her fanbase and how by her actions she clearly approved of the attacks on John in the first week of May when he came back. And we watched how she behaved in BB11 itself, where she used to manipulate others to do her dirty work (vs Sunshine, Keeva, John and Pepper). Might do a more detailed post on this next week some time, as it's still a key misreading of her standard MO in the minds of many . . . and is what John will have to contend with if he comes back.

I missed CBB as I was on the phone lol, keep meaning to catch up as it's on the Five on Demand site, but I'll miss it tonight as well (9's a bit early for me during the holidays) so I'll watch the 2 together.

Yes Live Feed makes all the difference. Especially with the 'normal' BB, maybe plumetting figures will change their minds.

Theres been more Brian than house activity shown so far, doesn't feel very BB yet so hope it improves

Tbh I dont understand what is there for John to upset.The relationship ended 4 months ago and he made a public statement that it is his past.That is what Josie is,John James' past,in the archives if that makes the muckers feel better.

BBOTS in my opinion belonged to Alex Reid,he is the winner of CBB7 People need to be reminded.

I do think they are following protocol as in the last winners and getting these types out of the way first.We need the articulate ones when real action starts.John hopefully

I think John would run a mile if BBBOTs asked, he was deeply uncomfortable on BBBM and its the same format.
I think if we see him again it won't be BB related, he's been there done that
