Why is Daniele so popular?
Don't get me wrong, I like her a lot more than I did in her original season, but I've noticed an increasingly fanatical support for her here and on other places.
She seems to have a lot of fans who seem to think she's the shit, and I don't quite understand it. The only thing she's ever been particularly great at is wining competitions, and strategically, she's nowhere near as good as she thinks she is. I've wanted her to do well recently because its good to watch an underdog turn things around, but some people seem to make out she's some kind of Big Brother Goddess. The other Danielle would rip her to shreds game-wise.

Sorry but why is Cassi so popular.
What a joke the show would be if she come back. That is just going to make Rachel win the competition. We need Daniele in the show because she makes it interesting. We do not want another Brigade Season like we could have if she kept with the vets. |

You didn't answer the question whatsoever.
![]() I accept that it's more exciting if Daniele is around, but she's really not that great... |

Her game has sucked. She was handed the golden key because her dad quit which gave her immunity for weeks. She succeeded in alientating almost all of her allies because of her obsession with a pretty boy, then won an HOH that pretty much everyone threw to her as Rachel couldnt compete and then by luck her one ally won the next won. Now Grodner is bringing Dominic back for her. Danielle relies on luck and Grodner interference to get her by...again.

I like Daniele. She's straight-talking and keeps the game interesting. She may not be a mastermind, but she's still fairly smart. She's also a lot less annoying and whiny than in BB8...

I agree that Dani got very lucky with Kalia winning HoH this week, anyone else and she would have needed the veto imo. Disagree about the HoH Dani won though, there's very few people in BB history who could compete with Dani in a challenge like that and certainly no one from this season. I remember reading somewhere that she runs 7 miles before every gym session just to warm herself up

She's a great competitor, but not as great at any of the other aspects of the game. But I like her this season because she was able to admit to the big mistakes she's made so far - and instead of moaning about it and having a defeatist attitude when the odds were against her, she picked herself up and won a vital HOH competition. I think people also appreciate someone who's willing to make bold moves, even if they completely backfire, because either way it makes the game more interesting.
And she's definitely not as annoying as she was in BB8. The BB8 Daniele would've been "soooooooo frustraaaatedddd" over Dominic being evicted, and we never would've heard the end of it! |

![]() Daniele is probably the best competitor in BB history. But as a strategic player she's proved herself to be very average indeed. Her popularity (such as it is) may be a reflection of her lately found antipathy for Brenchel, but this only emerged because her own strategy was fatally flawed from the beginning. She may be fortunate enough to get to the F2 again, but I can't see where her votes are going to come from. She will not achieve her stated ambtion; of equalling Evel Dick's success. |

Yeah I take back what I said before actually, I think Dani would beat anyone from any season in that endurance HoH.

I TOTALLY disagree I think Daniele is a great strategist. Okay, AP managed to save Dick in BB8 but take that away and she managed to manipulate her way to the final 2. She kept the HGs in the game and used them as she needed to then evicted them when they'd served their purpose. She's not just a great competitor she's a great all round player and one of the best in BB history in my opinion. She was robbed in Season 8 and should have won.

I respect her as a competitor but I don't find her in anyway interesting as a person.
