I had to do a factory reset after the EPG was taking minutes to download and we all know thats a problem.

I came home halfway through a recording and the box was on and the REC was showing but when I went to watch something else, the program wasnt in the media, i didnt even get a failure message, its simply disappeared.

I had a "ghost recording" like that at roughly 3pm today (Mon). Was yours about the same time ?

No it was the last episode of Camelot which was at 9pm.
