Two early kick-offs today and we have 59 sets of predictions ahead of the first of them. 5 players are missing from the first set of predictions - all of them first timers.

38 players have gone for Sunderland to win the North-east derby, whilst 16 players have gone for a draw and 5 have gone for a Newcastle win. The most popular prediction is for a 2-1 home win with 17 players going for that. A further 10 have gone for a 2-0 scoreline, 8 for 1-0 and a single player has gone for 3-0. Amongst those going for a draw 10 players have gone for a 1-1 outcome whilst 2 have gone for a goalless draw. 3 of the players favouring an away win have gone for Newcastle to win 2-1 whilst the other 2 have gone for a 1-0 result. 4 of the 6 players predicting an uber-max scoreline have gone for a 2-2 draw, with the other 2 players going for a 3-1 home win.

For the other early kick-off today we are expecting a very even contest with just over half of the predictions being for a draw (30 out of 59). 15 players have gone for an Arsenal wina dn 14 for Liverpool. Far and away the most popular prediction is for a 1-1 draw with 25 players going for that result. Only 1 player has gone for a goalless draw. 9 players have gone for Arsenal to win 2-1 whilst 3 have gone for Liverpool to win by that scoreline. 3 players have gone for a 1-0 Arsenal win, 1 less than the number going for a 1-0 Liverpool win. Pne player has gone for Arsenal to win 2-0, whereas 3 have gone for Liverpool to win 2-0. There is also one player who has gone for a 3-0 away win. Half of the 8 uber-max predictions are for a 2-2 draw, whilst both the 3-1 home and 3-1 way wins have been chosen by 2 players each.

Henderson and Samthefootball were the 2 players to go for a 1-0 Newcastle win. basdfg, beth84 and WoodsMonk were the only other players to score anything from this match.

A cowpat second goal for Liverpool was welcomed by ajl2011, bazzaroo and Jalabert as they had gone for a 2-0 win at Arsenal.

Dandem, taurus_67, Thebenster and vaughan6477 were the 4 players to suffer a negative cowpat having gone for a 1-0 win for Liverpool.

As well as those 4 -Bandit-, harry_i_c, Hutchy_Muse, SSReporters, stevenjjhill, TomDaOne and WoodsMonk also ended up with 2 points.

This means WoodsMonk is the only player to score points from both away wins.

Only three 3 o'clock kick-offs today:

Aston Villa v Blackburn
One of 2 games this weekend where no-one has gone for away win. 46 players have gone for a Villa win with the other 13 going for a draw. 19 players have gone for a 2-0 Villa win to make that the most popular prediction for this match. 12 players have gone for 1-0, 11 for 2-1 and 2 players have gone for a 3-0 home win. Amongst those going for a draw 9 players have gone with 1-1 and 3 for a goalless outcome. Only 3 players have gone for an uber-max prediction: 2 went for a 3-1 Villa win and 1 for a 2-2 draw.

Everton v QPR
This game sees the second highest number of home win predictions this weekend with 55 players tipping Everton. 3 players have gone for a draw and one player has gone for a QPR win. The 2-0 home win is the most popular prediction of all today with 26 players opting for that. The 2-1 win was the next most popular with 9 players going for that. A further 6 went for 3-0 and 5 for a 1-0 outcome. The only player to go for an away win has gone for 2-1, whilst 2 players have gone for a 1-1 draw and just one player has gone for a goalless draw. 8 of the 9 players going for an uber-max prediction have gone for 3-1, with the other prediction being 4-0 to Everton.

Swansea v Wigan.
25 players have gone for a home win here, the same number have gone for a draw and the remaining 9 have gone for an away win. 19 of the players going for a draw have gone for 1-1 to make it the most popular prediction here. Again there is a single player going for a goalless draw. 10 players have gone for Swansea to win 2-1, 7 for them to win 1-0 and 5 for a 2-0 scoreline. 4 players have gone for Wigan to win 1-0, whilst both the 2-0 and 2-1 away wins have been predicted by 2 players each. That leaves 9 uber-max predictions: 5 players have gone for a 2-2 draw, 2 players for Swansea to win 3-1, 1 player has gone for Wigan to win 3-1 and the last prediction is for a 3-2 home win.

cheeks and stevenjjhill succeeded in calling the uber-max between Villa and Blackburn - both going for a 3-1 home win. A further 44 players scored 2 points by going for a Villa win.

Only one player went for QPR to win at Everton: harry_i_c
who perhaps deserves more than 2 points for such a prediction.

Only one player went for a goalles draw between Swansea and WIgan - Dandem. A further 24 players did score 2 poits for going for a draw as well.

Top scores from the 5 games completed so far are:

stevenjjhill 11
Dandem 09
Henderson 09
Jalabert 09
ajl2011 07
cheeks 07
Samthefootball 07
harry_i_c 06
Hutchy_Muse 06
taurus_67 06
WoodsMonk 06

Dandem, harry_i_c, Henderson, Hutchy_Muse, Jalabert, stevenjjhill, taurus_67 and WoodsMonk all managed to score points in 3 matches.

No-one has managed to get more than one more scoreline spot on.

We now have 60 predictions for the remaining match today: 59 of which are for a Chelsea win and one player has gone for a 1-1 draw. The most popular predictions are the 2-0 and 3-0 wins as both have been closen by 16 players each. A further 6 players have gone for a 1-0 scoreline and 4 for 2-1. The remaining predictions in favour of Chelsea are all for uber-max scorelines: 8 players have gone for 4-0, 7 for 3-1 and both 4-1 and 4-2 wins have been predicted by one player each.

6 players got Chelsea's 2-1 win spot on: bazzaroo, beth84, Big Dipper, Katie-Jane, spiritofsussex and Tokyo. Everyone else (bar one) got 2 points.

So the top scores for today are now:

stevenjjhill 13
Dandem 11
Henderson 11
Jalabert 11
bazzaroo 10
ajl2011 09
Big Dipper 09
cheeks 09
Katie-Jane 09
Samthefootball 09
Tokyo 09
harry_i_c 08
taurus_67 08
WoodsMonk 08
beth84 07

bazzaroo is the only player to have got 2 exact predictions, whilst Dandem, harry_i_c, Henderson, Jalabert, stevenjjhill, taurus_67 and WoodsMonk all managed to score something in 4 of the matches.

For the first 2 games today we are expecting things to be very close:

Norwich v Stoke
We have 16 players going for a home win, 20 for an away win and 24 for a draw. The 1-1 draw is the most popular prediction, with 22 players going for that. 2 players have gone for a goalless draw. Of those going for a Norwich win, 11 have gone for 2-1, 4 for 1-0 and one player has gone for a 2-0 result. 12 of the players tipping Stoke have gone for a 1-0 win and 7 for a 2-1 win. That leave just one prediction - which is the only uber-max one for this game: a 3-2 Stoke win

Wolves v Fulham.
Possibly an even closer match as we have 31 players going for the draw, with 17 favouring Wolves and 12 favouring Fulham. The 1-1 draw is, not too surpringly again, the most popular prediction - this time 19 players have opted for that. The next most popular is the goalless draw with 11 players going for that (the most of any game so far this season). 9 of the players going for a home win have gone for 2-1, with 4 going for 2-0 and 3 for a 1-0 outcome. 5 of the players going for an away win have gone for 1-0, with 4 going for 2-1 and one player for a 2-0 Fulham win. 4 players have gone for an uber-max prediction and they have all gone for different predictions: a 2-2 draw, a 3-2 Wolves win, a 3-1 Fulham win and a 3-2 Fulham win.

A very late cowpat equaliser for Stoke to give them a 1-1 draw at Norwich means maxes and +5 in the cowpat competition to 22 players: ajl2011, bamber, Belligerence, Big Dipper, cheeks, DDRickyDD, DimbleBurbleby, eugenespeed, fab cesc, Fish Go Deep, Hayden, Hullboy, Pepperoni Man, Sattrega, Simon1984, spiritofsussex, SSReporters, taurus_67, Tokyo, tso, Tusk0312 and yakutz. Two other players scored 2 points in both competitions (kimindex and LostFool).

Worst affected by the late equaliser were Chelseafan101, Rendezvous, stevenjjhill and Watcher #1 who had all gone for a 1-0 Norwich win and found themselves with 0 points and a -5 cowpat. 12 other players had gone for a homw win and ended up with a -2 cowpat.

digiremote, Hayden, Pepperoni Man and Thebenster were the 4 players to get a max from going for Wolves to beat Fulham 2-0. 13 other players got 2 points for going for a home win.

Top scores for week 2 so far are now:

Big Dipper 16
Hayden 16
Pepperoni Man 16
taurus_67 15
ajl2011 14
cheeks 14
Tokyo 14
stevenjjhill 13
Tusk0312 13

cheeks has managed 1 uber and 1 exact prediction, whilst ajl2011, bazzaroo, Big Dipper, Hayden, Pepperoni Man, spiritofsussex and Tokyo have all managed 2 exacts

taurus_67 has scored in 6 of the 8 completed games.

For the final match today 4 players have gone for a Bolton win, 5 for a draw and 51 for a Man City win. The most popular prediction is a 2-1 away win as 15 players have gone for that result. A further 12 players have gone for 2-0 to City, four have gone for 3-0 and three have gone for a 1-0 away win. No-one has gone for a goalless draw, but 2 players have gone for a 1-1 draw. 2 of the players going for a Bolton win have gone a 2-1 home win and 1 has gone for 2-0. 14 of the 21 uber-max predictions are for a 3-1 City win. 3 players have gone for a 2-2 draw and the remaining 4 predictions are all for different scorelines: 3-2, 4-1 and 4-2 to City, whilst one player has gone for 3-2 to Bolton
