With this Crap Jack in Drag story Corrie is starting to go back to the way it was in the 80s crap! They need to sort it out.

Back to the original point of this thread, Jack in drag will probably be completely silly, pointless, unbelieveable and also make me laugh like a drain. That balanced with the more serious storyline of Karen's gradual breakdown, along with other subplots (Chesney home alone for example) will probably make a very satisfying 1/2 hour's viewing tonight.

Just the type of storyline I'd expect from BORE-THE-NATION STREET

Totally, and isn't the new actress for Sophie's so much better? That's the first proper appearance they've given her since she arrived, and she passed the test.. We can actually hear her lines! Much more than could be said for the former actress..

The storyline is unrealistic but amusing, its just a little comedy and it gives Bill Tarney a chance to shine.

Yea, its just a bit of fun, yet these people (Flower Power and Phat Avenger) obviously don't know the meaning of the word fun!

I loved this storyline as its a really comedy storyline and Corrie has a really great mix of high drama and comedy. I agree, comedy is an alien concept to EastEnders but then again we dont' love it for its comedy. Flower Power you dont' like Corrie at all so you make very biased, ill informed posts with no grounds just to wind people up. I'm sure you can't even remember what Corrie was like in the 80's darling! so please grow up.

Flower Power is getting the response he/she/it wants by everyone replying in drones to her/his/its completely pointless, one-sided "discussions".

Tonights Corrie was just SUPERB! Quite possibly the best episode of recent months. The quality of the writing was just leagues above the other soaps at present, including Emmerdale who are dragging out the Pearl/Len/Pearls son story line way too much, its getting boring.

What a breath of fresh air Corrie was tonight - hillarious, full of warmth and a perfectly executed storyline. Fabalous stuff.

I thought's tonight's ep was a too much on the silly side to be honest and yes, I am a Corrie fans and yes, I can take a joke! Some parts were fun but it struck me as too much of a 'Carry On' that I couldn't take it seriously.

It was really good tonight, and I like these episodes that they do every so often.
