Shall we use this as the offical Desperate Housewives Season 8 Last Series UK Pace thread?

^ Sounds cool.

Have they filmed all of the season already? Because if they have, i wonder what the ending will be as since then, it has been cancelled obviously. Could be problematic.

I dont think so, DH and most american TV series's tend to film as they are still on air. In season 5 they filmed a episode in April to go out in the same month!

No they normally finish filming until around march april time next year

I dont see the point of having a UK spoiler thread you might as well go to the US pace thread tbh.

Its due to return in the US September 25 so I'd assume they're either filming or very close to starting. 90210 started filming at the end of July to air at the same time so.
The spoilers all sound great but could someone explain the first one, I don't get it

They have defo started filming, i think it was on twitter where Eva put something about one of those spoliers saying it was painfull but worth it.

No we haven't. Channel 4 have said that it will return in the New Year, but no exact date. Hopefully this will mean we get a straight run without any interruptions.

Hope they show it at 9pm on a Monday evening on E4, so we see the series finale quickly after it is shown in the USA in May.

They wonder why US Shows dont do well here that much anymore C4 could surely work out something where they can show the series a week after the US air date. Im watching online i have never watched alot of shows online before but the UK gets so far behind you get so tempted and i have. Why wait months when i just have to wait less then 24 hours

I agree! I don't see why they can't find a spot for it! I watch it online now too! Well actually i watch it live. Just can't wait that long for my DH fix

I am only halfway through watching the first season lol Am still undecided whether to buy the second series.
