Me too I'm in the middle of two brothers. My mother had a girl before me, but she died at a year old, hole in the heart, died on the operating table (I guess it's a run of the mill operation now, but back then not so much).

I'd love to be 40 again, a few things I'd do differently - I'd have been tougher during the divorce Being 1.5 years off 50 feels odd, as I still feel so much younger and immature inside, like a part of me doesn't believe I'm 48 and never quite grew up, a big part of me lol.
