Well from reading on these forums, Louise Berridge for a start, she seems to cosy with the EE actors, things need to be shaken up a bit.

Apart from her, who from the actual soap should be shown the door, here is who I would get rid off.

Kat Slater; maybe a little controversial but I see Jessie Wallace is getting a little to big for her boots; she is not bigger than the actual soap. I think she should leave for a while and return in a year or so. She herself has said she would quit if she wasn’t given big storylines, personally I think her character has been through enough and any more major storylines would just be ludicrous. Out she must go I'm afraid.

Lynne Hobbs; the actress who plays her has been sacked; this character should simply be killed off.

Dirty Den; people are just not warming to his return and he is getting a lot of criticism by people who are saying EE has gone to far, the sooner he leaves the better.

Sharon & Vicky; both actresses said they want to leave, so hurry up and go!!

The whole Ferreira family; they simply haven’t worked and have been lambasted by viewers and Asian groups who say they are not representative of the Asian community. They personify EE’s bad patch and the sooner they leave the better.

Each and every actor/actress should also be warned that if they can’t show commitment to the show then they are off; we have had to put up with so many absences in the last year its just ridiculous. Granted Barbara Windsor was suffering from a serious illness and needed the time off, as for others there’s simply no excuse. EE is not a show that people can just waltz in and out of when they feel, this idea that some actors can just leave the soap, peruse other avenues then fall back onto EE must stop. Any sign in future of decadence from the programme then the actor/actress should be sacked!

Get outta my pub… go on, get out of it!!

Kim Medcalf as Sam Mitchell just hasn't worked and she should also be axed straight away.

Along with the actors who play Billy and Minty, Andy, Juley and Gus, Charlie, Derek and Spencer
- i agree with the others you listed above and yes i agree Jessie Wallace should also be axed.

Just imagine how big the cull will be when the new exec. producer takes over next year - more than half the cast could be shown the door!! (can't wait).

I agree with both of you but would add Barbara Windsor, (who does she think she is) and you forgot Andy the really scary gangster

People To Leave: Ash, Kareena, Tariq, Ronnie, Adi, Derek, Spencer, Juley, Sam, Andy (with a good plot)

Contrary to popular decision, I dont think Den should leave, because of the hype about him coming back. I dunno about what you all think, but the Watts would be crap without him. And it would also mean no Chrissie.

Den should not go. He's the most interesting thing in the show now, which frankly says nothing.

Kat should go, as should Spencer, but I can't see a way of doing it without Alfie being terminally depressed. The show needs him like he was originally.

All the comedy characters they have don't work, they should axe Billy, Minty, Mickey and possibly Big Mo. Only characters like Jim and Dot seem capable of raising smiles successfully, and that is with wordplay, not slapstick.

Jules is pathetic and pointless, as are Tariq and Ronnie. Adi and Ash could be saved, but they would need to get real jobs and in Ash's case get a girlfriend from the normal cast (can't say who though) so his gambling addication can resurface.
