Hi there I have had the One plan with 3 for a couple of months I today joined Spotify through the 3 App and it told me that I am entitled to FREE premium Spotity for the whole duration if my contract, normally £9.99 per month. I subsequently signed.. This just seems too good to be true?? Anybody aware of it. If true makes one plan incredible value??

It is free and a great add on. My other half has it with the one plan on her phone. Once the next iPhone comes out, I'll be signing up for the one plan and taking advantage of the offer.

Free for the whole length of contract ( 2 years) saving of nearly £240. When you consider all the minutes/texts/unlimited data/unlimited tethering / premium Spotify for length of contract . iPhone 4 £69 all for £35 per month!! Excellent 3G network - amazing value.

How does it work then, is it a custom version of the Spotify app that you don't need to enter any credentials for? I did the same as you and got the link, then clicked on the 'Get it now' link. I then got a 'Thanks for requesting a Spotify Premium subscription' page, and it also suggests I buy an Internet Max Add-on, which is strange, as I'm on the One Plan. It says 'Once you've bought your add-on you'll need to go back to Planet 3 to download Spotify', but I can't find a download link for it anywhere.

I'm wondering if this is because I'm no longer using the handset that came with my contract.. I don't suppose you have a direct URL to get the Android version of the app?

do you get a username and password?

I am not using a 3 branded handset, so don't have planet 3.

It took the username and email from my spotify account and upgraded it. It came through on the computer straight away and I can use it on there.

I've got an iPhone, so I just went to the app store and downloaded Spotify then logged in as normal and it all worked.

Think you can play a song 10 times before it's locked out.

you do get limited plays on the standard (free) version of Spotify.

Three are giving out Spotify premuim, which has no restrictions, on the iPhone you just download the spotify app.

I've just come off the blower to CS.

We have an iP4 & a SG2S both on the One Plan. However CS state that the iP4 contract is not elegible for the Spotify deal only the SG2S.

Or am I missing something from the previous posters?

Not working for me. Might be because I'm on 30 day sim only contract. Not too bothered I've still got 6 months or so to go on my free years subscription I won with an iPad from 3 but haven't used yet (the subscription not the iPad)

Yep Thank you.

Just set up an account. I'm on a 2 year The One Plan contract.

Worth £10 a month Pretty shocked as nothing is never usually free like this.

From the Spotify website in my account:

edit: Just had a look around, doesn't even seem that good tbh. Not as many songs as I thought.

I can now confirm that after going to the link above that Spotify is now up and running on the SG2S for the duration of my current contract - 18 months left.

This is so awesome.
I'm gunna save a bomb of disk space with this.

Only thing now is that it won't count as play counts on iTunes I wouldn't have thought.
If it did, it would make my iPhone music problems solved.

Hey guys.

I signed up to this in March and what a cracking deal.
However my subscription ceased as of yesterday!
I have three looking into this but has anyone else experienced this happening?

Cheers.
Greg.
