Thai Curry - Rice of Fried Noodles

So, i've made myself a nice thai red curry last night, left it overnight to let the flavours mingle. My problem now is do i have it with rich or fried noodles. It's a terrible dilemma and i need help.

Personally I'd take fried noodles over rice all day long. Never had rich so I can't possibly comment

If it's a saucy curry then I would have it with sticky jasmine rice.

Personally I'd take fried noodles over rice all day long. Never had rich so I can't possibly comment
As a dish on it's own, I'd rather have a noodle based dish but thai curries tend to be rather liquid-y and rice is better as mopping it all up.

I just absolutely love noodles and I've have them with anything over rice. I do agree though, rice would be better for mopping purposes.

I made a thai green curry and had it with rice noodles. Lovely. It had gone a bit thicker than the usual thai curry but I get so bored of rice. Noodles all the way!

I ended up having it with fried chilli noodles. It was delish..
