It sounds like a friend is saying they will pick her up at the airport in the UK. Whether John is coming to the UK with her remains to be seen.

If he was hacking into FB accounts then you'd expect him to also screencap stuff from John's FB as well if it was that easy, but it's just Sherrie's. This points to it being someone on her friends list, either on their own or in tandum with someone else rather than just simply hacking into the account.
