Beautiful epic, Ali and also wanted to say how much I adored Annette's masterpiece from last night

It is wonderful to see so many former posters returning to mark this momentous day!!! There are many others I wish we'd hear from - particularly Natalie (blackhollywood) and Conchie and several others (I shan't list them as I'll only leave people out and feel crumby!)

We all watched John and Josie's love story, were glued to it to the detriment of health, home and house, we lost sleep, weight but hopefully no family members over it Have to say I've never recovered my sleep pattern since, but being a night-owl I don't mind at all.

The JJJAT has survived the ups and downs of John and Josie's story - the falling in love, the moving in together, the turbulent relationship and dreadful split. We are still here. I think we should all be proud of that fact, I know I am

I tried to explain to somebody on twitter yesterday what the JJJAT is now and why it's still going. My explanation was that it is now a community of people, a sanctuary for some. There are discussions about John and Josie yes, different opinions are expressed, different views held and different impressions formed.

However that is not just what the JJJAT is about anymore. It's about friendship, community, a sense of self, support for not only John and Josie but for each other, a support system that has grown from FMs getting to know each other, forming friendships and even supporting those they may not quite gel with.

For me the AT has given me a voice. I have never really been a gregarious person - I do disappear during the long chatty evenings when it's really busy, I find I can't cope and don't know everybody as well as others do, I'm the same at a party, the wallflower

However, posting on the AT has enabled me to become more sociable - I've had the amazing pleasure of meeting three wonderful people because of this AT and would love to meet more - to put forward my point of view knowing that others might not agree but understanding that I do have a voice and can express an opinion. I enjoy the different opinions others have and sometimes even change mine after a good discussion.

There are cliques yes, various labels attached to groups here and there. This happens in any community. As long as we all respect each other, which most of the time we do, then there's no issue.

I'd like to thank Digital Spy really, for allowing the thread to continue in the vein that it has - lots of off-topic chat amongst the JJJ talk, I would like to think that it's because they respect and understand the fact that we come from a good place and tend to leave us to it as we aren't harming anybody. We know they are there when we need them, and the self-regulation does work well. So thank you Digital Spy.

I also just want to thank every FM for being a part of this thread, my cyber-family (still, even though I'm more often on twitter... I ended up there because of the AT after all). You all lend a bit of meaning to my life, a bit of spark to my day and a support system I have very much needed. Thank you.

It does make you laugh when we remember on TSAJ it was John who asked Josie to stop swearing so much

Must have been one big f**kfest at their flat whenever they were arguing...

One of the many, maaaaany things they share in common - their potty mouths. I know there are lots who believe that they were worlds apart but I am of the opinion that they were TOO similar (I've done posts about this several times so won't repeat myself) of course they had a lot of differences too. But it does make me chuckle that some are so convinced that they are NOTHING alike, have none of the same interests or anything whatsoever in common. I could reel off about 100 - but I wouldn't want to send you all to sleep

That made me laugh that it was one of the things John chose for their love contract to change about Josie ... when they got angry with each other the swearing must have multiplied by 100x what we saw from them in BB!!!

I never have believed the claim that they had nothing in common.
They had SO MUCH in common. In good and in bad.

People can be alike in one way and then totally the opposite in another way.

And I think this is what Josie and John were. They were both stubborn, bigheaded strong characters, with bad mouths but then both could be so caring and loving and funny and witty.

And then again in some other ways they were completely the opposite.

But deffo I do not sign any claims that claim they were worlds apart as people and totally the opposites of the other and just an incomplete match. NO WAY, JOSE!!!

I agree that personality wise they definitely were very like indeed in many ways. When I've said they are different it's been about other things - interests, socially, etc.

I'm not sad at making this for JJJAT months after there is no JJJ anymore. I made this for thread 100 waaaaaaaaay back when there still was a JJJ, and making these made sense....

....Or not, I mean I'm sure there are some who think it was SO SAAAAD to make this back then too

But now for Thread 200 I only changed the colour and the number 200. So, it really wasn't that time consuming......

WOW so the old thread is 200!!

not bad going for an old girl is she!, shes a bit slow sometimes, but once she has her jonnhy/josie tweet medication shes back and speeding along.
She gets a bit cranky and can get a little angry but that soon passes when a few pollys come into her space. She maybe 200 but shes a right randy mare when a few british-aussie hand/neck/finger/ankle/nose pictures come along and she doesnt mind that people think shes got some gay tendencies when a picture of a lovely bristolian surfaces. She is a silly, funny, emotional, angry, sarcastic, randy, caring, and amazing thread, and i love her and all who post in her x
