Firstly, I apologise if a topic of the same nature has already been started before. I did a search, but couldn't find anything.

Basically, I don't know about anybody else, but I really love this time of year where the build up starts and people slowly look forward more and more to the new upcoming series of Strictly.

Usually, around this time of year, I'll spend ages rewatching old moments/dances from over the years, both of the main show and ITT. I find it really helps build up the atmosphere.

So, I thought we could have a topic for people to post their favourite moments from Strictly and ITT so far. I mean any kind of moments. Be it from ITT or the main show. A favourite dance (Either for being technically amazing or just entertaining) or a favourite quote. Anything at all that just puts a smile on your face and really puts you in the Strictly mood.

I'm not necessarily a huge fan of the singing, but there are so many things that make the clip great. The Pros dancing, Lilia's dress! and, the best of all: James and Vincent dancing at the back from about 2:58 onwards! They look like they're having so much fun and the chest bump is hilarious!!!

One of my fave ITT moments was when Claudia was talking with Matt & Alesha about the Paso and how it was Matt's first time doing the Paso on Strictly. Alesha then looks surprised and asks "is this the first time you've ever done it?" to which Claudia replies "well not in his life because that would be crazy!" which is then followed by Matt saying "I'm blagging it." By this point all three of them are laughing

When referring to Penny "I feel like a hideous dwarf stood next to her"
When referring to Gabby's athleticism "That Gabby creature can get her leg over her head"
And when referring to her relationship with Vincent "He's a honey pie, I'm an old bag!"

Patsy's Viennese Waltz was my fave ballroom dance from last year. The song was great and she looked stunning.

One of my faves has to be the 2009 ITT Pro Challenge on the dance machine, the final between Brian & James - both as competitive as each other, both determined to win.

Oh poor Darren, he didn't know where to put himself or what to say as Lilia started shouting!

I would have to say Lilias reaction to getting a zero on the Dance Matt challenge, got to be THE funniest moment ever on ITT

During Series 7, it was the Friday panel on ITT and it consisted of Len and Craig and they were revealing Natalie and Vincents song for their Jive, as it came on "Good Golly Miss Molly" Len launched into singing it and dancing as did Craig, Claudia just roared with laughter, and so did i it was so funny

Oh, I remember that! It was very funny . Didn't Len tell some story about Little Richard and a ladder???? I remember thinking they'd been at the sauce
