Casualty and Holby City will come together in a special two hour episode at christmas it will be the first time both shows have run along side each other and will star actors from both shows.

It'll be interesting to see how much of a 'crossover' there really will be between the two seeing as one is filmed in Bristol (Casualty) and the other is filmed in London (Holby City).
Will it just be a few people appearing in the other show? (i.e. a nurse pops down from the wards to pickup a patient from casualty and a nurse from casualty then follows the patient up to the ward...)

It will be very interesting to see how much they cross over.
Well that's the question isn't it. What excately is going to happen it could also work the other way a nurse from casualty takes a patient up to Keller or Darwin.
