The sudden change in Lola’s behaviour towards Ronnie is really bizarre and does not make sense from what we have seen on screen.
We as viewers who know Ronnie’s history are wary of Ronnie’s potential to develop an obsession with Lola and see her as a Danielle substitute, but there hasn’t been anything in Ronnie’s behaviour towards Lola to make Lola feel on edge about Ronnie. It was completely normal that Ronnie would be worried and make sure that Lola was ok after the accident, which Ronnie caused. Anyone would have been like that. Yes Ronnie didn’t correct the nurse when she referred to her as Lola’s mum but neither did Lola. So I don’t see what Lola’s problem is. Whether it is a problem with editing I don’t know but nothing makes sense on screen. |

I agree especially on Tuesday at the dinner. Ronnie did nothing weird (for a change!) when she brought out the gift I was thinkinng "oh no, its for Lola!" but luckily it was for Roxy.
I wonder if its to do with the baby swap and that shes worried ronnie will take Lexi. It all seems as if they either don't want us to work out whats going on or its sloppy editing - based on EE's recent reputation I am thinking the latter! |

I could understand it being related to the baby swap at the beginning but not after what we saw with Lola and Ronnie just before Ronnie and Roxy went to Ibiza.
And whilst Ronnie was quite wary and reluctant to get close to Lexi, it was Lola who was really encouraging Ronnie having Lexi, creating situations to have Ronnie look after her in a very sweet way. She also spoke to Ronnie about James and remembering him last year. Nothing makes sense recently. Sloppy editing is all I can say. |

I just came across a 90's comedy called Game On and it has Sam Womack (Janus at the time) in it and I thought it was brilliant! Shame there was only 3 seasons. Oh and Sam was absolutely stunning in it!

Yeah it was a fun series. They chose to end the series rather than it get stale. There was a time where Ronnie had almost the same back story as Mandy Wilkins (gave a baby up for adoption under age) they could have been the same character lol! |

yeah for some reason the scenes were odd or edited.
1. nor continuation of Ronnie/Charlie - I guess she was just using him 2. Does Lola know about Danielle or not? - again no mention either way so we don't really know why Lola feels like avoiding Ronnie 3. no scene between Ronnie and Roxy about Ronnie mowing down lola and the simularity with Danielle. All roxy cared about was attacking Ronnie for shouting at shirtless Latvian. I know that they can't dominate every episode but Ronnie and Roxy are absent next week so it would be nice to have more of them this week. I can't believe we had scenes on Stan wetting his bed which seemed to go on forever! It's really bad continuity at the moment. Hope the girls are in it this week. |

And maybe it's the Ronnie fan in me, but I'd love for Mandy to be reunited with her daughter Sarah. |

Did anyone see Sam and Lily on Big Star's Little Star?
I can't get over how much Lily has grown. And even Ben! Lily's a proper mixture of both her parents now. Ben still looks a lot like Sam I think. It was fun to get an insight into their mother-daughter relationship. I'd love to see Sam on it again with Ben. |

Sam hasn't been filming at all since mid March and don't think she will be going back until at least the end of June.
So prepare for a long long wait by the looks of it. ![]() I know she was doing Mount Pleasant again but I thought she was doing both for a while. |

that would mean her 1 year contract should end in May rather than February if shes going to miss 3 months! and would match Rita's contract again which expires in may.
I know she was doing Mount Pleasant again but I thought she was doing both for a while. I've actually been dishing out wrong info here by the looks of it as this was just posted on the EE website today.Script Peek On TV: Thursday 12th June Ronnie: You don't need to put make-up on. I've got an old ski mask somewhere… Roxy: Funny. I must say I'm surprised as I really didn't think she'd been back in filming since she left in March. This has either recently been filmed or is about to be filmed late this week/next because I know from Twitter that she is definitely filming MP in Manchester today. The good thing is that it's now no more that a month to wait until she's back on screen. Better than the 3 months I was expecting

Something I found interesting when voting for the BSAs...
Lacey Turner being put up for Best Actress. Uhm, what? ![]() There needs to be some sort of rule of actors/actresses coming back for five minutes before being nominated for such an award. I'm sure this happened a couple of years ago when Kat returned too. I'm not sour grapes cos Sam wasn't nominated (I expected it) - I would just love to know the ins and outs of how this whole procedure works. |

At first I was like most people thinking this s/l is going to drag on, but I'm now finding it interesting and fascinating. Emma and Max? Really? Wow. Funny how nearly every time Jack slept with someone else, he got them pregnant and Max hasn't. Clearly Max takes more care yet always get caught.

I am half watching. I have missed chunks of episodes during Lucy's death and aftermath, including the funeral. The same with Carol’s storyline. I am not very interested and have no intention of catching up with any missed episodes. Lindsay and Adam are great actors and when I have seen their episodes they always play a blinder. The storylines are great on paper, but I am not
glued. I completely forgot that there was EE last night so didn’t watch it. I have always found Carol and Bianca unsympathetic therefore have no interests in them. Ian can be unbearable at times so not that interested in him either. Carters are a good addition and they have brought some life and energy so no complains there. DTC is doing some very good things but maybe I have drifted away for too long to be enticed back any time soon. I was a bit disappointed with Shirley/Mick revelation. It does sound like a cross over between Kat and Zoe and some hints of Archie Ronnie when it comes to Shirley’s relationship with her father. I am not suggesting rape as that most likely won’t be the case but the resentment part of it. I don’t like the hints of repetition of some of the best storylines in the most recent years with these characters. Yes there will be similarities at one point or another for soaps that run for years; one can’t escape it, but I felt the twist was not needed. Shirley being Mick’s mum doesn’t necessary add anything to that dynamic. It was interesting without this twist. Lack of Ronnie is reason too for my disinterest although I am still in two minds about her direction so not sure whether to want her back in that state. |
