She and she did not get a revealed. When Ronnie left they did a special on exits in general based on her. But we all know BK had his favourites and Ronnie was not one of them. The EE cast is down on women right now Jane I believe is not on a break but left, Kat is away and ruined, Ronnie of course and I have heard whisperings about Shirley later this year. I think the new EP has alot of stuff to clear up but sadly because she only acting EP she wont make any new choices which means not much signings that werent already in talks or axings like we need with the Moons.

I feel for the new EP. Like you say she is only acting so that probably means that she can't make any big decisions such as axing or bringing in new characters/families or even come up with any long arc storylines.

I wonder what else can she do in order to make some improvements. If she can’t bring in characters or axe some she doesn’t have much to play with does she?

It may well be that Shirley will leave when she finds out Phil’s involvement in covering for Ben.
I can’t see Shirley staying after she finds out the truth. Add to that Sharon returning, it is highly likely that Shirley will leave. It is a shame to see yet another strong actress and very good character (pre B.K), go.


Numbers wise, there are still lots of females in that age range and technically they are all very strong females, but like you say people like Kat are completely ruined and the majority of them are unlikeable.
They will have Kat, Sharon, Bianca, Carol, Roxy, Denise, Kim, Mandy, Tanya, Zainab, Jean, Janine (only for a while though). The younger generation with Lauren, Whitney, Lucy, Abbie, Lola and the seniors with Dot, Cora, Rose and Mo. Mandy's mum is probably returning too.


I think EE is extremely lacking man aged 25 and over. There are only Jack, Ray, Derek and Billy who are single. Then you have Michael, Max, Ian, Phil, Masood and Patrick and that’s about it.

Oh gross. First the daughter and now the mother. Wow. His standards are amazing.

This is Jack he got 2 sisters and 1 cousin pregnant from the same family. So nothing that man does surprises me has no morals at all. Sleeping around is one thing but go through families shows what a douche he is.

I doubt the relationship would last long than three months.The pair are so badly matched; Denise isn't exactly the local tart, what would she want from Jack? Besides this there is no chemistry between them.They have been living on the same street for years and they haven't even been friends, let alone anything else. If this relationship goes ahead this will show a lack of imagination from the EastEnders team.

Yeah, I was a bit upset that they didn't get longer but I'm glad they had a shot at it. I was beginning to worry whether there'd be enough time for them.

£5,000 is great though, especially in such a short amount of time, and I can't believe how much Sam looks like her mother.

Sam did look unbelievably like her mother it was unreal.
The kids from the dance school I go to have just finished performing in South Pacific in Stoke and Manchester - no Sam unfortunately but they had a great time they said.
But some news going round our school is that Sam has signed for the rest of the tour

I know. It seems like they will put them together because they are the only people who are single that are not Brannings.

If Roxy will get together with Alfie and Kim with Ray, Denise and Jean are the only ones left.
Very odd pairing.

This may sound strange but that news really upsets me. I hope it’s not true.

It is very possible though because the schedule is flexible and manageable for Sam and she seems to be enjoying it, because it is different, and not at all draining or stressful.
She probably gets good money too considering the scale of the production and also I can imagine the producers know that she pulls in audiences that are not necessary into musicals but are fans of Sam from her previous works and go to see it for Sam.

Sam looked really well and beautiful as always. But I didn’t like what she was wearing. I thought those shoes didn’t go at all with her top and her skirt.

Another great but too short interview on This Morning. I loved hearing Sam laugh before she was even on screen. Its good that she can look back at Ronnie's scenes and laugh about them. I'm secretly pleased TM showed some of the best Ronnie scenes.

Sam looked beautfil as ever and seemed the most relaxed I've ever seen her. I love that she still kind of day dreams too.

Not really. It was a short interview. They talked about knowing what they do now, would they have played those characters in EE.
They talked about SP in general and mentioned they are at Wimbledon tonight.

EDIT: Oh but she did mentioned her 2 week break. And the way she's signed up is I think she does about 4 weeks touring then has a two week break. So she'll be doing it in blocks.

I was feeling the same. I am glad Sam is enjoying SP so much but I'm really restless waiting for her next project. Maybe the long wait will be worth it?
