In the lead up to Series 9, I'm curious to know what are your fave dances ever by a celeb and pro and best Pro Dance numbers.

They can be you favourite for the right or Wrong reasons.

I personally loved Kara and Artems Paso Doble and Tango and I am ashamed to admit I loved Ann Widdecombes Rumba

My favorite ever Pro dance would have to be the Jive number they did to Candyman by Christina Aguilera

My favourite ever dance is Colin and Erin's American Smooth, followed by Austin and Erin's paso.

They were the best. And I don't care what Monkseal's poll said.

Favourite Celeb dance : Matt & Flavia - Salsa

Favourite Pro Dance : Love loads of them, but probably Rebel Yell Jive.

Favourite Pro Showdance : All of Vincent and Flavias, but would maybe pick their 'Kissing You' Waltz if I was to choose just one.

Favourite dance by a celeb and pro is probably still Alesha and Matt's Waltz, or else Kara and Artem's Argentine Tango

Favourite pro dance: series 7 jive to Red Light Spells Danger, or the Rebel Yell jive in series 5. The Candyman jive/swing number was 100 times better on the pro tour than the TV performance.

Favourite pro showdance: Vincent and Flavia's Tango-Vals or James and Ola's Rumba

Fav dance by celeb & pro - seriously hard to pick one but prob have to be Jill and Darren Jive

Fav group dance - Rebel Yell without a shadow of a doubt

Fav pro showdance - loved kissing you but would probably pick aliona and Matthew Cutler Hip hop samba as it was so different for strictly and I love Aliona and Matthew dancing together

I really enjoyed the group jitterbug (series 5) done for Remembrance Sunday. It looked loads of fun to do and to watch. Maybe lots of men in uniforms helped...

4. Zoe & Ian's Showdance;

I can't remember any of the pro-dances or the group performances so I haven't chosen any of those.

Mark and Karen's Salsa even allowing for the microphone incident. Closely followed by James and Cherie's rumba.

I also enjoyed the group jive/swing routine.

And what about Ian Waite and Darcey Bussell's Jive in series 7 I thought it was wonderful. (She was absolutely knackered afterwards)

Mark & Karen's AT, closely followed by their Salsa will always be my faves...both iconic dances. Also have a soft spot for Zoe Ball's Tango and Kara did so many great routines last year it is hard to single one out.

As for pro dances, again there are so many great ones to choose from but, for me, Vincent & Flavia's ATs are always a privilege to watch.
