Crispy fried air dried ham
I had some serrano ham in the fridge and it was drying out and not nice enough to eat by itself so I thought i'd give it a quick fry.
What a lovely snack. It's like a posh pork scratching

I don't know how I forgot about it but it was stuck in the back of the fridge and the wrapper had raised up so that half of the ham was hard and dry. I just didn't want to waste it though

Air dried ham is possibly the best thing in the world. Got the chance to eat some ridiculously expensive jamon in Barcelona 2 years ago and it was amazing.
