Off Loading a 3 Contracted iP4

I've looked for answers but can't find any to my question.

I have a 6 month old iP4 which is under contract with 3 for another 18 months. I want to sell it on. I'm aware that I'll have to continue with the contract (which I'm happy to do so).

Is it possible for me to sell the phone to A N Other as long as it used on the 3 network or is it stuck til the contract ends?

The phone is yours to do as you wish as long as you keep paying the contract.

Thanks. If that's the case then hopefully from the £££ gained I'll be able to get a decent SIM free smart phone to replace the pile of s**te.

If you pay a bit to 3, think it £20 they will unlock the Iphone, giving it a better resale value

Edit, £15 call 333 from your phone and request it
