Quick question - I know O2 offer a 14 day exchange / refund policy for their retail stores, and I would like to return a phone I bought just a few days ago. However, I no longer have the SIM card that came with the phone (which I also had to top up with £10 credit).
I used that SIM for the credit, and once that was used, I put my old O2 SIM back in the phone and continued using that, whilst disposing of the new SIM card.
When I return the phone for a refund will they refuse to refund me if I no longer have the SIM that I was also given?
