Well Vodafone are at it again! I kept recieving calls/texts from a previous Vodafone customer, I got so sick of it that I changed my number in June 2011.

Also I reverted back to my orignal price plan, as I requested more call time minutes, I did both of these within one call.

While checking my bill I have noticed recently that Vodafone have reduced my 3G internet allowance from 1MB to 750GB, the advisor kept trying to blame me but I explained the advisor should have reverted me to the orignal plan I signed upto so therefore they are in breach of contract.

He just said well if you go over they will refund any extra charges, sorry but why the hell should I keep calling and waisting my time every month to sort this out. I'm sick of Vodafone's utter incompetiance with everything, they have now said they can never put me back onto my orignal contract because there is no option to do so.

I also see they have reduced the customer service times from 7am-9pm to 8am-8pm.

I can only assume it went from 1GB to 750MB and the OP mixed the two.

I'm sure vodafone will sort this out for you. Maybe you just need to contact the right team, how about messaging them on facebook or twitter or sending an email to head office complaints etc.

There will be a way to fix it, sounds like the people on the phones just don't know how. Do you have any proof you were on 1GB such as old bills, or any emails or details to show you were on it, that would help a lot I'm sure.

It's Vodafone, do you really expect it to be good?
