Depends if you're watching Season 5 on C4 or Season 6 on Living. In Season 6 Jack is actually living with a guy; and Will has just started dating a cop (oh, and Karen is about to marry John Cleese, who's the father of Minnie Driver...!) Grace hasn't been seen much because of Debra Messing's pregnancy (she had to be written out of the last few eps of Season 6)

I loved the scenes between him and Todd last night, it was interesting seeing him being more serious, I thought it showed a new depth to his character.
