You see, we don't have a direct phone line into our studio, it goes via the hospital switchboard. So if we wanted people to phone in it would make it a hell of a lot easier!
At least in the children's wards of the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, the tv is free for Patientline, but it does switch off at 9pm. Shame about the tv and phone prices though.
