Hey,

While on holiday, me and my girlfriend took some photos and made some videos (nothing dirty - just of places we went etc) on my phone and she has asked for a copy of them on disc. Anyways I have tried to transfer them from my phone to my laptop but for some reason I cannot do it. Heres the problem I am having:

My phone is the Samsung Tocco Lite and I have the cable and software for the phone and the software is installed on my laptop. The phone connects to the PC fine using the cable but when I try and get the video and photo files from off of the phone and onto my computer they are not appearing in the folders on either the software I installed or the folders in 'My Computer'.

Because of this I tried bluetoothing the stuff to my PC (my laptop does have bluetooth) but I get the same result - the folders from the phone appear but I cannot access the stuff that is in them because it is not in there.

Anyone on here got the phone? Or does anyone know how to solve my problem?
