I'm still pretty new to USBB (watched half of last season and all of this season), could someone explain how the double eviction works.

Does the HOH have to choose more people or is there some kind of competition?

It's basically a whole week put into a 1 hour live show.

It's happened every year lately so don't think they'll be too surprised, glad to help though!

They're not expecting it this week, so should come as a bit of a shock.

It did happen in week 7 last series though, so the BB superfans among them probably won't be too shocked .

After the first eviction, there will still be 7 houseguests left, don't the fast-forward weeks usually happen when there's 6 remaining (so they don't have to pick the veto players, etc)?

In that case, they'd probably expect it next week.

This was my logic, maybe all 7 will compete to save time?
