Hello all

I have a Samsung Ch@t on Orange, generally I'm very pleased with it, but I have stopped receiving alerts telling me an email has been received

I was receiving the 5850 alert every time an email was sent to my Orange account and when an e-mail was forwarded to that account from Hotmail as well. Life was good.

Suddenly, all alerts have stopped, (since the 15/08/11actually). As far I can tell there have been no changes to my phone settings, (it's hard to tell as the settings themselves are hard to find, but I have not deleiberately changed anything. I was receiving the alerts automatically and I stil get SMS text message alerts as before).

I have searched Google, some US forums seem to be saying there was a problem over there but that it was unclear if it was a device or provider problem.

So any sugestions please?

I do want to know when I have an email....obviously
