Decent budget earphones for iPhone 4

I indulged myself in a pair of a-Jays Four a couple of months ago for my iPhone 4 after my rubbish Apple ones broke. But I have tragically lost them on a visit to London, so I need to break to get a new pair.

As much as I loved my a-Jays Four, I did find the bass overwhelming and the highs a bit muddy so I am looking for an alternative - and I'm just wondering if anyone here has any reccomendations.

Some things I'd like in them are:

1: Below £60 (the cheaper the better really!)
2: Built in mic and volume control
3: Not too much focus on bass, as I listen to mostly soft rock with very little bass - so the mids and highs are more important.

That's it really - looking forward to hearing suggestions

Aren't "decent" and "budget" mutually exclusive?

Below £60, I'd go for the Sennheiser CX300s but they don't have the inline controls. Maybe check if there's a similar model that has that.
