I concur, it really is a case of you get what you pay for, nothing but praise for apple aftercare

I have two experiances of Apple aftercare I wish to share...

1. I accidentally poured a cocktail over my brand new iPod Touch. The screen slowly went black from the bottom to the top until it was completly dead.

I took it to the Apple show and walked out with a brand new one free of charge.

2. The button on top of my iPhone 4 went 'squishy' after 6 months and you had to press it REALLY hard to get it to function.
