I've always thought that 'Primo Scala' was an unusual sounding name! Interesting that he was a Londoner, and not a denizen of far flung and exotic Madrid!
It is a good sounding collection of songs, and played very well on the multiple accordians.
There is one BBC typo that I noticed on your list. Shorty Allen's 'Rock and Roll Waltz' is down as just 'Rock and Roll'. It is one of a couple of numbers that were repeated from the 12th June broadcast. You will recall that it was a very popular song, made famous by Kate Starr's recording a few months previously. My mother had the 78 record, and I remember it fondly.
(Actually it is called 'The Rock and Roll Waltz' but it often gets shortened.)
