Right. Well he said in an interview he's half Iranian (not being racist at all) so i'm not surprised by the first name, Shaheen, but 'Jafargholi' is very unusual.

His voice has broken over the past year for those who are wondering. He was supposed to release an album in November but the release was pushed to March but now, have no idea when it's going to be released.

He's been working on an album since BGT and that was 2/3 years ago. What's been the delay?

2 years ago, and he had been working on his album since last year because that's when he was signed. I think marketing opportunities and his voice breaking is probably the reason why it hasn't been released, but it has been recorded. Might as well ask him on Facebook (shaheenofficial).

he is from swansea. a friend of mine works in one of the swansea cinemas. shaheen attended a screening of `this is it` with a number of his friends. apparently he was a nice kid.

Being from Swansea, I have had the misfortune of having our local paper ramming him down our throats at every possible moment.

No gossip at the moment, but like some people suggested a few years ago, they are probably waiting until he is a bit older to release music. I think he mentioned on Facebook that it would be released soon (the album), and he recently posted a countdown to Xmas, which could mean that his music may be released then but we don't know.

I've tried to ask him on Facebook but he doesn't give enough information. In terms of TV performances, he's made a few this year, but he should be booked more often. Someone ought to ask him or contact his management, go to shaheenofficial.com or Universal Music.
