new homechoice forum
glad to see that there is now a dedicated forum for homechoice.
when l asked about the ds-mods about 3-4 weeks ago, they said there was not enough interest in it. chicken and egg came to mind. i would really like to see sky one added to the HC channel line up and then the service would be perfect in my opinion. either that or get the simpsons on C-One. glad to see the x-files has made it. l know that C4 will be showing the simpsons soon, so it may appear on the replay service. |

Interesting to note that this forum is 'sponsored by HomeChoice'... obviously it's a good thing for them to get involved as it creates interest in the platform.
Now all we need is a few HC staffers contributing in here for a bit of inside news every now and then.... red_g00ner, yes Sky One would be a big channel for HC to add to the lineup. I'm sure this isn't a fact that's passed them by. |

They're adding Futurama soon (yippee!) so maybe Simpsons will eventually follow?
I think HomeChoice's relatively small subscriber base is beneficial as they do seem to listen to what users actually want. I'm not the greatest fan of the changes they've made to MyTV though the ability to see your favourite channels in a TV Guide screen is quite a nice addition. |

Yes. HomeChoice is currently available over, roughly, the western half of London, and plans a fairly aggressive expansion through the rest of the capital. A recent press release suggests they've started laying expansion plans for other major cities like Manchester and Glasgow, but that's probably a year or two down the road.
