Red or Black had approximately ~7.25m viewers when Leona was on

I AM LOVING GLASSHEART OMOGMGO I can't wait to hear a HQ version! So unlike any of Tedder's previous work. Like wow! Collide was also very good live ..

Hope we get a better version of Glassheart. Am liking it a lot atm. As others have said, the lyrics are more interesting than Collide and the chorus is catchy. I also like the vocal sound. The deeper tones remind me of Let It Rain which I love.

It's great to see Leona really enjoying performing now. I hope she does more gigs like this. It's just what she needs. Looking back, the Spirit era must have been pretty dispiriting for her. Endless TV studio performances of BL.”

Yes! What surprises me as well is how strong she sounds singing that deep live as well.

And yeah, it's great to see her dancing around and having so much fun

I just found this on buzzjack and thought I'd share. It's the Irish airplay:

30 (42) Collide 105 plays
35 (41) All About Tonight 87 plays
42 (53) All Fired Up 75 plays

There's actually hardly any difference and Collide is doing SO much better. If only UK radio had given her a chance.

Oh well, climb Leona climb!

annoyed me that katie the dog posted this tweet

KatieWeasel Katie Weasel
As far as I'm concerned they should have the million if they can manage to stay awake through a whole Leona Lewis performance

I saw that tweet. I think it's a mock account though - 'Weasel' - she's Katie Waissel, no?

I'm pretty sure that I prefer Glassheart to Collide after becoming mildly addicted. It has far more vocal texture and a more catchy chorus. (Still love Collide for what it is, not that fickle!)

I would also expect it to be more popular on radio as it's got that easy, bouncy beat that radio seems to love. But what do I know?

The chorus melody is definitely infectious. I'm not sure if the hard instrumental after the chorus will work on radio but we'll have to see with the HQ. It could be a bit too clubby which is what is holding back Collide from getting airplay IMO.

I think I agree about Collide and airplay, but I also think it suffers from a lack of a clear melody. I think Glassheart has a lighter sound and a clear melody. Radio is just so restrictivethough, isn't it?

My heart was beating, and so was yours
We threw each other down on the floor
My heart is breaking, it's made of glass
'Cause everything that's good never ever lasts

So baby if you love me let me know
'Cause everything you hurt you've hurt before
You're about to tear this love apart
And break another glassheart
So baby if you love me just let me know
'Cause everytime we touch, touch turning cold
Promise that we'll never fall apart
I'll love you with my glassheart

For me, the Red or Black? performance was a lot better on second+ viewing and in higher quality...or that's probably partly because I was still too sleepy the first time I watched it (it was around 4AM here when the first few videos came online). It woke me up for sure. I agree with the comments that it was a bit shaky at the start but Leona recovered amazingly.

And about GlassHeart...I'm loving what I'm hearing so far. Sounds really promising and she looks really comfortable performing it.

P.S.: Thanks for posting the lyrics! (And the iTunes updates!)

At least Leona is moving in the right direction - its so difficult to tell with the pre-orders, because you have all those from midnight, and for the first 48 hours - so until tomorrow, the increases will be a lot to do with them having sold more from pre-orders compared to those above, as it is a rolling chart, although i am shocked at the saturdays - even with their pre-orders, they are definitely doing better than i expected. If leona can make top 5/10 today and stay there she should be on for a good position i think.
