Lol i love Snow Patrol been a massive fan of them and normally know all of there music.. i been so interested in Leona i have completely forgot.. love the song but i think it wont get far as it doesnt appeal to that many people i dont think.. could be wrong!

I really dislike the Echo cover. It just doesn't look like her and it's very cold and uninviting. I'm loving this era in terms of imagery and style: age-appropriate and classy. Perfect.

Wow, how fast this thread moves, just got in after meeting friends, been out all day. None of my friends were aware that Leona has a new single out, let alone being on RoB on Saturday, I think the whole venue we were at were aware within the hour lol. I made sure everyone would try to see Leona premiere Collide on Saturday and download on Sunday, we will see. No surprise about Radio 1, I won't say what I think, it might offend lol. I have been texting everyone I know about Leona, every bit helps. I think it will be all out promo on Saturday, I still have faith Leona can do it, if not, so what, we still have 2nd single and album. Leona may have alienated some of her fanbase by Collide, hopefully not many, you never know she may have gained some as well. I wouldn't count on Avicci fans downloading, they are still rabid and don't seem to being getting over their anger, fools. Avicci has a lot to answer for by getting his fans to vent their anger on Leona, because he will be hurt by this as well. Never mind, onward and upward, and nothing can stop me feeling happy and upbeat about this era. mm83, nice to see you back posting, don't agree with all your posts lol, but it is a good job we all have different views. I think Leona is very career minded personally, but she is trying to find the right balance, and I think she won't push herself foward to the max like some artists, but I love this about her too. As long as she continues to make music and sells enough that is all I ask. Sorry for the ramble but sometimes I just need to get my feelings down.

I've just checked the stats for collide on comparemyradio and saw how popular it was on 96.3 Revolution (Oldham area I think....) with 119 plays!! I thought, I wish our poxy local Heart FM would play it that much...then thought I'd listen in online to Revolution.
Beejaysus....within about 5mins, on it came again....awesome - they've deffo got the Collide bug on there!
